YES - once we receive your online order + payment, we purchase a new MacBook from local, authorized Australian suppliers [no grey imports]. We then configure your Mac for you, as per our website specifications, and express post to you. We then email you the AusPost tracking link, link to our Mac New User Guide, and a copy of the original purchase receipt for your warranty.

Our Private MacBook Laptops provide all the typical MacOS / MacBook functionality, just with added security, privacy and significantly reduced spying.

NO - Unfortunately we no longer export to other countries due to the high level of orders we receive within Australia and due to the international banking, credit card fraud and freight logistic challenges.

NO - we no longer offer that service for multiple reasons. We only sell new MacBook Laptops, configured and ready to use, as per our website offering.

YES - Along with typical MacOS Apps, we add spy-free apps such as: Libre Office Suite, Firewall, Live Alert, Privacy Browser, Tor Browser, and access to Proton Mail, Proton VPN, Proton Storage [free + paid options].

YES - You can install all your preferred apps like you can on a normal Mac. However we strongly recommend your acquire the app from the developer website and locally install the app rather than buying from the Apple Mac Store, to retain your privacy.

All Apple MacBooks sold in Australia have a One Year Warranty which is supported via the original purchase receipt from our Australian supplier that we provide to you.

YES - PayID Payments are a more secure payment option that allows the sender to confirm their money is actually going to THREE CATS [rather than a scam account] before they send the funds.
We also still accept payment into our THREE CATS account via the traditional BSB + Account Number for those who have not yet become informed about PayID.

NO - We are a small local I.T. service provider, and as such all purchases are final. However, we may, at our discretion, offer an order cancellation and refund in special circumstances, though this is not typical.

NO - We do not offer a Return Your Phone service. As we purchase physical products on your behalf, and then customise the software, we are unable to accept return of products, as the original store / providers do not accept product returns as the original packaging / box has been opened. If you have a physical issue / fault with the product, please review the original purchase receipt we provided with your product, and contact the suppler who issues the receipt.

Due to the large number of new users each month, we provide a Mac Laptop New User Guide to help onboard new users as quickly and easily as possible. After reading our New User Guide, should you wish to learn more, or seek to customise your MacBook, we suggest you do an internet search on how to do specific tasks in MacOS, especially if you are moving from a Windows based machine.
Additionally, paid clients are always welcome to contact us should they have need such as a Warranty Claim.

Mac laptops have a get out of gaol card, so if you forget your password, you have a Recovery Key to get you back into your Mac. Your Recovery Key looks something like: AAAA-BBBB-CCCC-DDDD-EEEE-FFFF which we will have emailed to you previously.
