App Wont Open Exploit Protection Configuration

Secure Phone App Wont Open

Should you have ordered a Secure Phone [rather than DeGoogled Phone] your phone has Extreme Security configured. In limited cases, some apps may not be compatible with these settings, and when opened, display a notice and then close. If this occurs with your app, follow the steps below to adjust the settings and resolve the issue.

Unlock Your Phone

Unlock your phone so you can view your phone home screen. Tap and Hold your finger on the app icon of the app you need to fix, so that it does NOT open, but displays a pop-up menu. Then tap on "App Info" at the top of that menu.

Setting 1

Scroll down to "Dynamic Code Loading via Memory" and tap on it. Tap "Allowed" to select it, then tap on "Proceed" to confirm the change in the pop-up warning window. At the top of the screen, tap on the back arrow [pointing left] to exit this screen.

Try to Open your App

If your app now opens, and appears to be working, you are finished. If it does NOT open or function as expected, proceed with the steps below.

Setting 2
