Overview
If you have ordered and paid for a Pixel 10 Series phone with THREE CATS and due to the Graphene OS delay, are now interested in your options, then please read below.
Obviously we are all very disappointed that the Google Pixel Team chose to delay the release of the software code that allows Graphene OS to be built for the new series 10 Pixel. Not only that, but that they also chose to not inform the public of their decision until weeks after the release of the Pixel 10 series phones.
Graphene OS Availability
It should also be noted, that the popular website "Android Authority" contacted the Pixel Team re the delay, and received confirmation [10 September 2025] that while there was a delay, the software will be released "in the coming weeks". While this does not provide an actual delivery date, it does at least confirm the code will still be provided.
Why We took Orders
Some have asked why we took Series 10 orders before the code / Graphene OS was released. The simply answer is that this is the first time in 11 years [since Graphene OS started in 2014] that Android has not released the software within a day of the new phone model release… everyone was caught by surprise.
New Series 10 Orders Suspended
We took the decision to suspend further Series 10 orders, as we obviously now know there is a delay and do not wish to disappoint additional clients. New Series 10 orders will be activated on our website once we have access to Graphene OS for Series 10 phones.
Pixel Phone Stock + Refunds
As you most likely know by now, we typically only keep the most popular model Pixel 9a in stock which is considered a good phone for general use. However, due to the delay in the 10 series, we have recently added limited stock of the Pixel 9 Business Model for those who need a higher spec phone now. Please note we do NOT stock the 10 series models, and only purchase them against firm [paid] orders. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds, as your funds have been used to purchase your phone, ready for configuration.
What are your options
We are currently offering the following options:
Wait for the release of Graphene OS and still receive your 10 series phone as soon as possible.
Buy a 9a Pixel as an interim phone which can be dispatched within 2 to 3 days of receipt of funds.
Buy a 9 Pixel Business Model as an interim phone which can be dispatched within 2 to 3 days of receipt of funds. Note there is limited stock available - see website for availability.
Request we express post your Series 10 [with standard OS / not Degoogled / not Secured] which you can use now. Once Graphene OS is available, you can return your 10 Series to us for Graphene OS installation and security configuration, at no additional charge.
Graphene OS Arrival
Honestly, we do not have any other official news. If we had to "best guess" based on tech industry news, the code we are waiting on is called "AOSP QPR1" and some believe we * may * not see the code until the joint release of "QPR2" which is due some time in December 2025. Sadly, only time will tell.
